Watch and listen to how I think through a figurative painting, from start to finish. This is a 30 minute demo from a workshop that I taught this past summer via Zoom. The goal was to SIMPLIFY, and get a believable figure (or two!) down on your canvas in a short period of time. We’ll focus on shadow shapes, light shapes, and atmospheric light, of course making sure we end with a pleasing vision.
Welcome, for the first time, or welcome back! As always, I thank you for your kind interest.
